These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CEU TOGO website, student portal, online courses, live webinars, CE packages, certificates, and related services.
By accessing or using CEU TOGO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
1 Services Provided
CEU TOGO provides continuing education courses, CE packages, online self-paced learning, live webinars, student accounts, certificates, and related support services for healthcare professionals and other licensed professionals.
Some courses may be designed for specific states, professions, boards, or license types. Course availability, approval status, reporting support, and renewal requirements may vary by state and profession.
2 User Responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that a course meets your specific license renewal, employer, state, board, or professional requirement before purchasing or completing the course.
CEU TOGO may provide course information, approval details, credit hours, and reporting support when available, but the final responsibility for meeting renewal requirements belongs to the student.
3 Account Registration
To access certain services, you may need to create an account or log in to the student portal. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your license and contact information current
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Use your own account only
- Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission
You may not share your account with another person. Course access, certificates, and completion records are intended for the registered student only.
4 Payments
All course, package, and webinar prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or fees. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Access to a course or package may begin after successful payment confirmation.
5 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general:
- Online courses may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the course has not been accessed.
- Live courses and live webinars are final sale unless otherwise stated.
- No refund is available after a student completes the test, passes the assessment, receives, downloads, or prints a certificate, or has the course reported for CE credit.
- Packages may be eligible for refund only if no included course has been accessed and the request is made within the refund window.
For refund questions, contact support@ceutogo.com.
6 Course Access
After successful payment, students receive access to purchased courses through the student portal.
Course access may be limited by time, course availability, technical requirements, or account status. CEU TOGO may update, replace, or remove courses when needed for business, regulatory, or content quality reasons.
7 Course Completion, Tests, and Certificates
Some courses may require completion of course content, a test, assessment, attestation, attendance verification, or other completion requirement.
A certificate is issued only after the applicable completion requirements are met.
For purposes of these Terms, completing the assessment means the student has completed the required test or course verification process and has obtained, generated, downloaded, printed, or otherwise received the certificate.
Once a certificate is issued or CE credit is reported, the course is considered completed and is not eligible for refund.
8 CE Reporting
When reporting is supported, CEU TOGO may report completed CE credits to CE Broker or another applicable reporting system.
To support accurate reporting, you must provide correct information, including your name, license number, profession, board, and state.
CEU TOGO is not responsible for reporting delays or failures caused by incorrect student information, inactive licenses, wrong profession selection, wrong board selection, system outages, third-party reporting issues, or regulatory changes.
9 Live Webinars and Live Courses
Students are responsible for attending live courses or webinars at the scheduled date and time.
For live webinars, students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, compatible device, working audio, and access to the webinar platform.
Failure to attend a live course or webinar does not automatically qualify for a refund.
CEU TOGO may reschedule, cancel, or modify a live session when necessary. If CEU TOGO cancels a live session, students may be offered a replacement date, credit, or other available option.
10 Student Conduct
You agree not to:
