Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for CEU TOGO courses, packages, live webinars, and related continuing education services.

By purchasing a course, package, or live webinar from CEU TOGO, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1 General Policy

CEU TOGO provides digital continuing education products and live educational services. Because students may receive immediate access to course content, certificates, assessments, and CE reporting, refunds are limited.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, whether the course was accessed, whether the assessment was completed, whether a certificate was issued, and whether CE credit was reported.

2 Online Courses

Online self-paced courses may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The course has not been accessed.
  • The test or assessment has not been completed.
  • No certificate has been generated, downloaded, printed, emailed, or issued.
  • The course has not been reported for CE credit.

Once an online course has been accessed, it is no longer eligible for refund.

3 Course Assessments and Certificates

For this Refund Policy, completing the assessment means the student completed the course test, passed the required assessment, and obtained the certificate.

A certificate may be considered obtained if it was generated, downloaded, printed, emailed, saved, or made available through the student account after completion.

Once a student completes the test and obtains the certificate, the course is considered completed and no refund is available.

No refund will be issued after:

  • The student takes and completes the test
  • The student passes the course assessment
  • The certificate is generated
  • The certificate is downloaded
  • The certificate is printed
  • The certificate is emailed or otherwise issued
  • The course is reported for CE credit
  • The student receives completion credit

4 CE Packages

CE packages may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase only if no course included in the package has been accessed.

If any course within the package has been accessed, started, completed, tested, certified, or reported, the package is no longer eligible for refund.

Partial refunds are not guaranteed for packages.

5 Live Courses and Live Webinars

Live courses and live webinars are final sale. No refund is available if the student:

  • Does not attend
  • Arrives late
  • Leaves early
  • Has internet, device, audio, or connection issues
  • Fails to meet attendance or participation requirements
  • Registers for the wrong date or profession
  • Is unable to attend for personal or work-related reasons

If CEU TOGO cancels a live course or webinar, we may offer a transfer to another available date, credit toward another eligible course, or a refund when appropriate and approved by CEU TOGO.

6 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course or package more than once, contact us as soon as possible at support@ceutogo.com.

Duplicate purchase refunds may be considered if the duplicate course or package has not been accessed, completed, certified, or reported.

7 Incorrect License, Profession, or State Selection

Students are responsible for selecting the correct course, profession, board, state, and license information before purchase and completion.

A refund is not guaranteed if the student purchases a course that does not match their license renewal requirement, employer requirement, profession, state, or board.

Please review course details before purchasing.

8 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues, contact support at support@ceutogo.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues, login issues, certificate issues, or reporting issues.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund if the course was accessed, completed, certified, or reported.

9 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email support@ceutogo.com and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Course or package name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant payment confirmation or receipt information

We may review account activity, course access records, assessment status, certificate status, and CE reporting status before approving or denying a refund.

10 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.

11 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving course access, completing a course, obtaining a certificate, or receiving CE reporting, CEU TOGO may provide documentation to the payment processor showing course access, completion, certificate issuance, and reporting activity.

12 Final Decision

CEU TOGO reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on this policy, account records, course activity, certificate activity, and reporting status.
